Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) are critical to economic development, absorb unemployment, and an engine for rural development mainly owned by indigenous people in Indonesia. In the Covid-19 pandemic, disruption occurred not only in the health sector but also impacted economic conditions and customer behaviour. This research aimed to identify the impact of the entrepreneur resilience of the MSME’s owner and the dynamic capability in the business organization toward the financial performance in the pandemic condition. The 150 data from the owner of MSME in several areas of Indonesia as respondents were collected through questionnaires and open-ended questions. The result showed that the high entrepreneur resilient and dynamic capability has no correlation with the pandemic's financial performance. It found that the nature of the pandemic with the deep uncertainty give more turbulence for the economic condition, even more than the economic crisis condition. However, a positive relationship was found between the entrepreneur's resilience and dynamic capability in the organization.
