The functional movement screen (fms) which is a pre-participation screening tool and how it is used in identifying performance-limiting movement patterns. This tool is used by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and imbalance and movement deficiency become noticeable if appropriate mobility, stability and motor control is not utilised. participants are subjected to screening using the 7 movement patterns as a means of examination. Once the deficiencies had been identified using fms, a program of corrective exercises for intervention was then developed over a period of time. The goal is to improve general functional capacity of individuals to execute even the most complex functional movement that is needed in everyday life.hu_HU
