dc.description.abstractThe topic of my thesis is dictionaries for foreign language learners. The aim of student’s dictionaries is to give a practical tool for students and function as an essential device facilitating language learning. Student’s dictionaries differ from general-purpose dictionaries in many ways. In the first chapter I will present an outline of the 60 year history of learner’s dictionaries with special attention to the achievements and innovations on the ground of English Language Teaching.hu_HU
