dc.description.abstractThis paper mainly studies the occupational gender segregation in China. This paper adopts index measurement method and statistical description method to study the overall level of occupational gender segregation and the composition of occupational gender types in China. In addition, interview survey method is adopted to summarize the specific performance of occupational gender segregation in China. In this paper we can find that the overall level of occupational gender segregation in China is not high, and occupational gender types are more and more integrated. The specific manifestations of occupational gender segregation in organizations are varied. In a word,China still has a long way to go to address the issue of occupational gender segregation.hu_HU
