Biological Therapy is an advanced type of therapy which aims to treat a variety of diseases. Targeting specific micro molecules which is the basis of the pathomechanisms of many disorders, will help to achieve the highest efficacy with the least side effects. Many classes have been already used in the field but still more trials and researches needed to have the desired effect.In this thesis I am focusing on neoplastic disorders and their targeted therapies .
