This study provides a comprehensive overview of nanoparticles in pharmaceuticals, emphasizing their pivotal role in modern pharmaceutics. It explores the Buchi B90 spray drying device using materials like PVA, PLA, mannitol, and sorbitol to create nanoparticles, with PVA emerging as the most promising material. The research evaluates nanoparticle characteristics through Particle Size Analysis and Dynamic Light Scattering, confirming successful production with desirable properties for various applications. It highlights the spray drying technique’s potential as a versatile platform for nanoparticle synthesis and underscores PVA’s crucial role in facilitating particle formation. Overall, this research expands understanding and practical application of nanoparticles in drug delivery systems and related fields, showcasing their significant impact in modern pharmaceutics.
