This paper covers the pathophysiology, clinical signs and symptoms, and diagnostic procedures. The treatments which is the focus of this thesis, include lifestyle modifications, pharmacological therapies, and surgeries. Emphasis is placed on individualized treatment approaches to optimize outcomes and enhance patient quality of life.
