This thesis discusses the hardships and systemic pressures that are faced by Medical school students. It explores the intrinsic academic and social pressures that have now become synonymous with medical training. The issue of declining medical school graduates and mental health in this population is the main focus of this research. Multiple studies on the psychological damage of medical training show that though a major issue, mental health decline in medical hopefuls is not a new issue but is still a large one.
