It has been found out some non-hormone dependant tumors such as uveal melanoma express peptide hormone receptors which are not required for them. Our theory was perhaps the expression of peptide hormone receptors is required for the survival of cancer cells. we investigated the IDO expression in breast cancer cell line in the presence of LHRH agonist and antagonist.
