dc.description.abstractBased on the strategic plans of 30 companies I collected,I found 11 keywords and discussed 7 important ones, of which digitalization, cost control, customer experience, resource allocation, organizational optimization, transformation, human resource management, sustainability and low carbon environmental related are the most important ones. I discussed the regular issues, changes and measures used in the strategic management of these 7 strategic plans during the epidemic until now.
