dc.description.abstractThis study seeks to take a look at both the regulatory framework within the European Union and that of Kenya on Mergers and Acquisitions. The study will help in creating a deeper understanding of the two frameworks since by having a look at the similarities and differences. Further, the comparative analysis of the two regulatory frameworks the study is able to identify the best practices in both regulatory frameworks.
