The incidence of endometrial cancer is developing in subpopulation of aging women. This disease is much more aggressive in elderly women than younger ones. Recently, the excellent minimal invasive surgery has improved the overall survival and progression free survival. Also comprehensive lymphadenectomy staging remains gold standard to discover metastasis. Finally, it is more important to prevent the disease, screening of those elderly women with suspected risk should be recommended.hu_HU
