This paper aims to economic comparison Chinese and European dairy sector. We list dairy sector history place of China and European at the beginning of paper. And then we specify dairy sector indicators for comparison, indicators are related to dairy farm production, internaional trade and dairy sectro prices. We collect past decade value of indicators and analyze the values by SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis standards for business internal and external competitiveness. The external analysis of SWOT is handled by PEST analysis, PEST analysis can analyze in macro views by analyzing four factors. In order to compare detailed case of Chinese and European dairy sector, we choose ShanDong province in China and Hungary to economic comparison. At end we present our survey result of ShanDong and Hungary people dairy food structure preferences. Also, we present ShanDong and Hungary present dairy secor economical differences.
