The Mental Lexicon and the Language Production System

Abstract

In this paper my primary aim is to investigate the construction and the operation of the mental lexicon through the examination of different types of lexical access models containing both the direct and indirect models. Moreover, I try to provide the reader with an adequate description of the language production system alongside with cases representing its malfunctioning.
