This paper is to study the work satisfaction degree of medical workers in Chinese Public Hospital and investigated 200 subjects with the work satisfaction degree scale of medical workers as the measuring tool and the study confirmed that the reliability and structural validity of the scale are both well.Based on the results of this study, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspect of government and the hospital in accordance with system theory and provide evidence for relevant management departments to make decisions.
