dc.description.abstractIn my thesis I’d like to draw attention to the great idea of applying computers and language teaching software during language learning. Besides these I‘ve collected the more important stages of computer history in the second chapter, and their application in classroom in the following chapters. I introduce some projects concerning and supporting these ideas in the fifth and sixth chapters, and I’d also like to analyze some English language teaching programs and study their effectiveness among its users. I’ve added some personal experience as well to make my thesis more subjective; I’ve made and interview with one of my secondary school teachers on how they use computers in English teaching. As a closing item, I’ve done some investigation on the uses of info communication technology in classrooms and outside the school. I asked students and teachers about their habits and analyzed the results with diagrams.hu_HU
