The thesis deals with glaucoma and its pathophysiology, types of glaucomas, diagnostic and examining tools (gonioscopy, Optical Coherence Tomography - OCT, Pentacam) and lastly treatment options. Furthermore, detailed description and analysis as well as comparison of the different diagnostic tools in numerous types of glaucomas are explained and portrayed.
