This paper investigates how the European Union was patiently and exactly established, as the 11th President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano stated. The paper contains with the information about the history of EU, how it was formed, geography of it, treaties through which union passed, the communities which made either political or economical changes in union by their formations, institutions which are controlling it, and the political and economical structure of the entire union.
