dc.description.abstractArbitration is an efficient way in the international community to resolve a dispute arising out of contracts between the individuals and members of such communities. In the history, there have been many efforts to establish a legal mechanism to deal international disputes and the enforcement of the decision of such disputes. Till the end of 1950s, recognition of NEW YORK CONVENTION, enforcement of arbitral awards in international business community was mostly dealt by national and diplomatic protection rules which was not that enough to guarantee the enforcement of arbitral awards. This study will focus on the enforcement of international Arbitral awards in international Business Relations with the Global outlook and will also highlight the challenges faced by the international business community for the enforcement of such international arbitral awards.hu_HU
