this thesis examines the legal and practical foundations of business torts, the identification of probelems and weaknesses in business torts, there types, remedies available as well as requirements to prove it. the principal torts are injurious falsehood, trade libel cospiracy, inducement of breach of contract and tortious interference. we will know when we have a valid claim as well as when to avoid committing such acts.
