This thesis is written to describe the strategic management of horizon terminals limited and how the business is operated. Terminals locations are mentioned as well as the role of each terminal in the business. The thesis focuses on the types of management systems used and how the business aims to achieve maximum storage capacity in order to compete with rivals and remain successful. One main highlight is the relationship with Emirates National Oil company.
