This thesis presents an economic analysis of a selected Nigerian family business, focusing on its financial performance, management structure, and sustainability strategies. It explores how family ownership influences business decisions, profitability, and long-term growth. Using both qualitative and quantitative data, the study evaluates key economic indicators such as revenue trends, cost efficiency, and capital utilization. The research also highlights the challenges faced by family-owned enterprises in Nigeria, including access to finance and succession planning. Findings reveal that effective management practices and strategic reinvestment contribute significantly to business stability. The study concludes with policy recommendations to support the growth of family businesses in developing economies.
