In short, my thesis is about hypertension and related hypertensive crises, divided into urgency and emergency. The epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations as well as diagnosis and treatment, focused mostly on hypertensive emergencies in accordance with current guidelines. The pharmacological background of chosen drugs is also one of the main features of my thesis.
