Pharmacology Of Neurotrophic Factors
Absztrakt
Neurotrophic factors (NTFs) are a relevant group of secreted proteins that modulate growth, differentiation, repair and survival of neurons. During development, NTFs prevent apoptosis and regulate the number of neurons innervating target tissues, in addition, it has been found that NTFs can enhance neuronal migration and maturation.
