dc.description.abstractThis paper analyzes the development of e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises. Gives examples of problems encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of e-commerce today. Text mining was used to analyze comments on SMEs on e-commerce platforms. Using text mining, this study counted the top 300 frequent core keywords from user comments. Through reading the literature and analyzing the data, this paper gives reasonable suggestions for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to develop e-commerce today.
