dc.description.abstractFree movement of people in European Union is a legal bases of the right of free movement that in the European Union treaty providing an internal market with no restriction. The right of EuropeanUnion citizen to move and reside freely in the any EU territory specifically stated in article 18 (ex 8 A) and 39 (ex 48).Free movement has had a lot of positive effect in bring the EU member states together with equal right and eradication of discrimination but they are some case with needs an innovation of EU law for better development. International protected has become one of problem in the European Union. Asylum seeker looking at the statistics i have already given the asylum seeker are increasing every year but there are nothing been done about its. Solving the problem in Asylum is a case of solidarity.hu_HU
