Exploitation of vasodilators is effective against hypertension in emergency case and long term hypertension. The choice of the drug should always be considered from patient’s status, since different vasodilators have different mechanism of action and can cause different adverse events. Combination therapy of using more than two different antihypertensive agents including vasodilator is strongly recommended in patient with hypertension. Using of vasodilator alone still have several problems which has to be solved. Therefore, inventing a next level of vasodilator is our next topic.
