This thesis focuses on the ongoing debates on Gun Laws in the United States since the ratification of the Second Amendment until nowadays. By analyzing some of the case studies on shootings, we can get a closer view on the current status of gun control in the USA. I also included the possible solutions for decreasing gun violence and demonstrated some alternative solutions as well. My thesis also includes some of the Presidential Candidates' debates and arguments on gun policy from the US Election of 2016.hu_HU
