The subject of this thesis is a short review on the newest updates and guidelines on the subject of Treatment of sepsis and septic shock. It is broken down into first definition and pathophysiology of sepsis and then goes into current guidelines of treatment. Followed by current research and exciting future possibilities in treatment and diagnosis of sepsis.
