Abstract

Caesarian section delivery rates had been steadily rising over the years. Several measurements took place in order to enforce this raise as a standard global rate of caesarian section procedures to follow, as well as a classification system that will help to follow these changes. In order to overcome this trend today, Many suggestions to reduce the rates are presented and targeted to each one of the elements involved.
