The creation of a corporate strategy plan for the Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is the main objective of this thesis paper. The goal of this strategy is to raise Ryanair's overall performance in the fiercely competitive aviation sector. The research paper commences with a broad synopsis of the present condition of the aviation sector and the obstacles that Ryanair must overcome. After that, it looks at Ryanair's present business plan and points out areas that require development. With the aid of this thesis, Ryanair will be able to create a thorough corporate strategy plan that will enable the airline to meet its goals and keep its competitive advantage in the market.
