My thesis analyses performance evaluation in decentralised firms where I used Tesco Plc and Wal-Mart Inc. as case companies. The key performance indicators and financial and annual figures and data were analysed and evaluated to state or acknowledge the performance evaluation method these companies use, and also ideas on how to improve these methods were stated.
