| dc.description.abstract | In this paper I have sought to outline the molecular pathogenesis of osteosarcoma with some reference to potential therapeutic targets currently under investigation.The genetic basis of osteosarcoma has also been presented and discussed, along with the role of key transcription factors and growth factors. The processes of osteosarcoma cell proliferation, apoptosis, adhesion, invasion, and metastasis represent potential biological targets for treating osteosarcoma. | hu_HU |
