Lymphoma is a heterogeneous group of malignancies arising from lymphoid cells, characterized by diverse biological behavior, clinical presentation, and therapeutic responses. Advances in molecular biology and immunology have transformed lymphoma treatment from traditional cytotoxic chemotherapy toward targeted, immune-based, and cellular therapies. Modern management integrates chemotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, targeted agents, CAR T-cell therapy, stem cell transplantation, and radiotherapy within personalized treatment strategies based on disease subtype and patient characteristics. Precision medicine approaches using genomic profiling and biomarker-driven therapy are increasingly important for improving treatment selection and overcoming resistance. Alongside therapeutic advances, attention to survivorship, quality of life, long-term toxicity, and psychosocial support has become essential in lymphoma care. Future progress will rely on continued innovation, integration of novel technologies, and multidisciplinary approaches aimed at achieving durable remission while minimizing treatment-related harm.
