dc.description.abstractThis thesis seeks to offer a thorough examination of the economic policies adopted by Germany during the Great Recession and other recessionary periods, as well as the lessons learnt from these policies' execution and their influence In order to address the nation's present economic problems, In order to have a more comprehensive review and understanding of Germany's actions during each economic downturn, this study used the secondary type of research approach, utilizing qualitative research to conduct a systematic review of the existing literature on Germany's economic policies during recessions. The recommendations offer suggestions on how to close any important policy gaps that the German government that might not have been fully addressed
