| dc.description.abstract | Transplantation, exceptionally solid organ transplantation is a revivifying part of medicine which mends patients with irreversible end organ disease, reducing unfortunate morbidity and mortality across all age groups. Although a field of medicine dictated by chirurgical expertise, its corner stone hinge on pharmacotherapy which has become increasingly complex as optimal treatment of posttransplant patients necessitate an equilibrium between adequate immunosuppression coupled with sufficient prophylaxis to prevent post-transplant infectious disease. New understandings of drug-to-drug interactions, patient preliminaries toward organ transplantation, and deeper comprehension of organ preservation solution institute better commence for successful organ engraftment with admirable results. The main objective of this thesis is to explore how contemporary pharmacological medicine is inaugurated to overcome present day obstacles and adversities in the field organ transplantation. | hu_HU |
