Analyzing 'reverse brain drain' in China
Absztrakt
As the number of international students grows rapidly, it will turn to the brain drain problems because they choose to stay abroad after graduation. However, more and more Chinese students studying abroad choose to return to China after their graduations in recent years. Hence, to research this transferring process, this paper will discuss the reverse brain drain and related loss and benefit in China; and through the regression analysis, this paper compares the China's GDP and talent policy and get that the talent policy seems to attract talents back effectively in comparison with GDP in China.
