The genotoxic property of pencycuron, an antifungal agent used in agriculture, was examined in a Fpg modified comet assay. Human hepatocarcinoma cells were exposed to increasing doses of pencycuron, and DNA-damage detected by the alkaline version of the comet-assay was applied as biological endpoint of genotoxicity.hu_HU
