Absztrakt
Agile management methodologies being implemented by Azerbaijani banks, while emphases are drawn to understand the said implications about competitive strategy, were researched in this thesis. In light of the great success Agile methodologies have achieved worldwide, most especially the advantages in terms of adaptability and customer responsiveness, it is also quite valid to point out how such methodologies can provide similar benefits within the Azerbaijani banking sector. The study, therefore, considers the role Agile plays in enabling the banks to make rapid changes to their systems for the satisfaction of the ever-changing demands of customers as they seek to gain a competitive advantage. With the help of this thesis, critical insight could be obtained into the strategic relevance of Agile within the Azerbaijani market by considering practical implications, potential benefits, and notable challenges in managing Agile within a highly regulated and complex industry.
