This in-depth study, which is the first of its type, is the first to look at how local economic development in Pakistani industries is tied to elements like entrepreneurial business networks, government incentives, entrepreneurship education and training, and the innovation system. The business network of entrepreneurs is like a complex web of enterprises that all have the same objectives and ways of doing business. The entrepreneurial business network serves as a gathering place for professionals in the business world who are interested in developing their professional networks, gaining knowledge about new opportunities, trading ideas, and creating partnerships. All of these factors contributed to the growth of the local economy. Because these findings are generalizable, they may be used in various contexts, which will help direct and influence future studies in Pakistan.
