dc.description.abstractThis paper examines how the child protection system can address the problems of children and young adults, compensate for childhood disadvantage and promote successful social integration. To what extent are the professional means available within the state structure to achieve all these goals - as declared in the Child Protection Act of 1997. The interpretation of solidarity as a value in child protection is clear, since child protection aims to improve the situation of families affected by child protection problems and to promote their healthy personal development. The study, based on interviews with professionals and experts and a short case study, draws attention to the shortcomings and limitations of the system. en
dc.description.abstractJelen tanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy a gyermekvédelmi szakellátás hogyan képes a gyermekvédelemmel érintett gyermekek és fiatal felnőttek problémáit kezelni, a gyermekkori hátrányokat kompenzálni, valamint a sikeres társadalmi integrációt elősegíteni. Mindezen –1997-es Gyermekvédelmi törvényben deklarált – célok megvalósításához mennyiben adottak az állami struktúrában a szakmai eszközök. A szolidaritás, mint érték gyermekvédelemben való értelmezése egyértelmű, hiszen a gyermekvédelem a gyermekvédelmi problémákkal érintett családok helyzetének javítására, egészséges személyiségfejlődésük elősegítésére törekszik. A szakemberekkel, szakértőkkel készült interjúkra és egy eset rövid bemutatására épülő tanulmány a rendszer hiányosságaira és sok szempontból korlátozott mozgásterére hívja fel a figyelmet.hu
