dc.description.abstractThis paper is thesis research on the investment decision of real estate companies, discusses various factors affecting the investment decision of real estate, adopts SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, financial analysis and other methods to assess the risk of the real estate market, and makes a detailed analysis of the case of Country Garden, and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the research results.
