dc.description.abstractIn this paper, the author in a long time observation of the enterprise and interviews with several of the leading female individual true feelings at work and everyday experience, combined with p company staff specific data at the same time, try to describe the fact of employment for women's leadership, and using the gender theory and human resource theory to analyze the hidden in the deep reason of the fact after the phenomenon. Through collating and analyzing the obtained data and interview materials, we can see that there are still industrial segregation and occupational segregation in women's employment. These situations are caused by both natural physiological factors, social gender stereotypes, the division of labor within the family and the neglect of the value of housework, and more importantly, under the comprehensive influence of these factors, female individual's self-cognition.hu_HU
