This thesis explores how good project management and clear strategic direction help companies successfully roll out 5G technology, focusing on Nokia as an example. The findings show that when teams work together, goals are clearly defined, and projects are well-coordinated, the 5G implementation becomes smoother and more effective. The research concludes that aligning strategy with project execution not only improves efficiency but also strengthens Nokia’s competitiveness in the rapidly developing 5G market.
