Efficacy of antivirals against SARS-CoV-2 main protease and the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase
Absztrakt
The World Health Organization (WHO) on the 11th of March 2020 has declared SARS-CoV-2 a pandemic owing to its vast magnitude of global spread. Our research on SARS-CoV-2 is focused on investigation of the FDA approved antivirals against the enzymes participating in the viral life cycle, as viral proteases and the RdRp.
