It also delves into the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of opioids, highlighting their effects on pain modulation, respiratory function, and other physiological processes. Additionally, focus on the clinical use of opioids for pain management, and anesthesia, while addressing the challenges of opioid dependence, addiction, and overdose.
