This project descibes a basic definition, implementation and importance of Hospital Information Systems.The project goes further practically by developing a Hospital infomation system(HIS) that can be used in small to medium size medical centers. Lastly this project takes (HIS)to less developed counties where technolgy is little as it free for use and because of its basic and easy interface can be easy to understand and will run effieciently.
