This task was done in aim of reviewing the relevant literature pertaining to Intra Abdominal Hypertension and Abdominal Compartment Syndrome with a focused regard to the etiology of Acute Pancreatitis in order to gain the contemporary accepted definition, classification, pathophysiology, diagnosis and finally treatments of both IAH and ACS.
