dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the impact of work-related stress on employee mental health. The study sought to find out how work-related stress could affect the worker, staff in Pakistan. Work-related stress influence the quality of work, productivity and performance, relationships, employees' physical and mental wellbeing. The thesis presents the study findings aimed at defining the relations between the sources and the effects of stress associated with the work. Analysis of the data from the survey of 167 respondents indicated the presence of many statistically important connections between the sources and the stress consequences. The origins of stress are usually related to the experience of its effects, such as perceived work overload, loss Work, mood swings and physiological effects are of concern. The findings support the importance of removing workplace stress sources or counselling the workers to help them deal with stress, making companies contribute to higher efficiency and motivationhu_HU
