Purpose of research will be to find out how Foreign Direct Investment after the independence of Azerbaijan impact expansion of economy. With summarizing all indicators that affect Foreign Direct Investment we will see how Azerbaijan economy enlarged. We will also try to find answer is there a relation between Foreign Direct Investment and Gross Domestic Product, petrol prices and Gross Domestic Product, petrol prices and Foreign Direct Investment. For that purpose, we will check datum of past 25 years and undertake to find correlation among them according State Statistic Committee of Azerbaijan.
